Describe the problem you are trying to solve

Our deployments don't have names or descriptions associated to them (SF does not have this feature), but since we do store the results in the browser history, it would be nice if we had this extra data point.
(We can see if this can be added to the package, but I don't think it can)

  1. Add a text or textarea field on the deploy metadata (optional)
  2. Tell user that this is a name that can be referred to in the deployment history within Jetstream
  3. Save this to the deploy history
  4. Show this on the deploy history
