Avoid page breaks over questions, when possible

It would be nice to have the ability to avoid starting problems at the bottom of pages where they're going to break. I know there's an option to start each problem on a new page, but I'd like the ability to have a pagebreak before each new question only if that question is long enough to cause a pagebreak on its own.
