Download the whole package to local via 下载链接
Unarchive to a local folder
Follow the instruction to get Jupyter Notebook on your own laptop
Go to command line and run "pip install -r requirements.txt" to get dependencies
Navigate to the ipynb file and open in Jupyter, rock!
