Add bower, component & composer support

Currently if someone e.g. uses Bower for frontend libraries they have to copy code from this package & paste into their project which means they won't get automatic updates.

JSPM too please? I have some fairly complex computations which would greatly benefit from being able to check if the numbers are 13, but we are using JSPM 😢
