Latest frakbot release with Yahoo API fix

This is a fork of the original FWeather widget updated to use the latest Yahoo Weather API.
The apk is signed, so it can be sideloaded. Make sure to uninstall the old apk first, since the keys won't match.
You may have to set the permissions for location and storage manually: Settings->Apps->FWeather->Permissions.
No support, but I may occasionally update it.
