Update Go Version to 1.22.3 #956

  • All tests passed. If this feature is not already covered by the tests, I added new tests.
  • All static analysis checks passed.

Closing for now.
The benefit of upgrading to go 1.22.3 is lower than potential breaks. Will be updated in the future.
