Wiki-Links with hyphens don't work if a heading is specified

Hey,

I have pages with a naming scheme like this:
"main subject - chapter"

I can link to them using

    [main subject - chapter]()

However, if i indicate a heading,

    [main subject - chapter](#heading)

then the link points to "wiki-url/main subject#heading".

The page name is cut off before the hyphen.
