reveal.js internal links in table of contents

Standard internal links by ID in reveal.js slideshows don't work. So the links generated by pandoc, for example in the table of contents, currently don't work.

Instead of

<a href=#apples>all about apples</a>`,

reveal.js needs a / after the #, as in

<a href=#/apples>all about apples</a>.

Any chance of getting pandoc to produce reveal.js friendly internal links?
