Document handout variable

Looking at the template default.latex I can see that there's a variable handout but it's not documented in the manual.

Shouldn't that be included?

The effect of setting handout: true for beamer presentations is that all overlay specifications will be suppressed, i.e. itemized content and content after pauses is condensed into a single slide.
