Edits to Event Detection GUI and ERP GUI

Show the smoothed signal and threshold on top of the mic/speaker data
Have a separate threshold for mic vs speakers (for when SNR is different e.g. due to fan)
Allow user to specify start and stop times for final event detection (for when there is noise at start/end of signal)
Show resulting intervals in the main ecogVIS GUI

Change background color to white (not black) for unknown regions
Fix bug where ERPs with one row fill the height of the window
Fix bug where regions that aren't in FS_colorLUT raise error - now default to "unknown" (white)
