  1. Turn off auto-update selections
  2. Remind users to keep it off in the text

This is the default in the current Colvars tree, and in the VMD tree, but not in the 1.9.4a57 builds.

Added the following text to the "tips" section of the procedure:

[Old versions of Colvars Dashboard only] Colvars has a functionality called "auto-update selections." Please turn it off by deleting the comment line that begins "#auto-updating" in all Colvar config files. It is by default in newer CV Dashboard versions.
