[angular] Add entity routing resolve service tests and add route and service folders

This PR:

• adds entity routing resolve service tests
• as there was too many files in entity root folder already before adding this test and even more after adding this test then created 2 subfolders:
  • route - here are files related to route
  • service - here are files related to service
