Routing to /404 on NavigationError with code 404 was redundant here, this code was never called, because at some point was added https://github.com/jhipster/generator-jhipster/blob/4fbd5ce03f477f754e3ad983494fbffdb4eb6879/generators/client/templates/angular/src/main/webapp/app/layouts/error/error.route.ts.ejs#L47-L50
