Will first try to use the primary data for linear interpolation. If there are missing values in the primary set, it will use the secondary data.

Build now uses a priority interpolation method for topg and topgerr.
Will try and use IceBridge data first, and Bamber data if IceBridge data is missing for the interpolation.
Standard 2D linear interpolation, and handles tranform between IceBridge and Bamber projections.
It is much slower however.
