Immutable X Helper

Immutable X 是一个 Layer2 网络。主要的优势是交易无 Gas 并且可以立即确认交易。Immutable X 是用中心化的接口实现的，没办法在 Layer2 的层上去调用合约中的方法。只能调用 IMX 提供的一些中心化接口。
