Some of my user do not want to see the user name and/or comments and reaction from disqus

Either we define some options in the Monologue module
We create some hooks so that one can easily redefine the layout with deface.

I am leaning towards 2? what about you?

I am also leaning towards options 2. I guess we'll close this as you've added (in #117) what's needed to remove it easily with Deface.
