I would like to have optionally a custom delimiter and also possibility so omit the "sep=," line. E.g. when the semicolon ";" is used as a delimiter, then the MS Excel can read the CSV without the "sep=," line.

@jitbit This was pretty simple to implement so I went ahead and opened a pull-request. Let me know if you find this useful.
