Provide a setup example for the jitsi-meet stack based on Kubernetes Kustomize

Hello @rsoika , check out this project. It is one of the best Jitsi on Kubernetes projects. Currently, It is using old docker images. So there is a scope of adding WebSocket and Octo support to this project. It uses Kustomize for deployment. It'll be a complete solution once WebSocket and Octo support are added.

Yes, I think this (if possible) should become part of this repo

But we should separate my solution from this one. We could provide to different sections

• Kustomize Single POD solution (my existing kustomize config)
• Kustomize Multi POD solution (from the hpi-schul-cloud project)

I guess marner2 is working on a similar solution with different PODs: jitsi/docker-jitsi-meet#989
