Hasura has removed the download for 2.15.1 now so this package is broken for 2.15.1 at install time; it should probably be deprecated on npm too

Yeah, @kamsar, and since this npm package is manually updated and is usually outdated, we've switched to using binaries directly in our workflows completely. It should probably be an official recommendation in Hasura's docs as well.
