LPO-SCV

Example Python scripts for leave-pair-out spatial cross-validation using RLScore and Scikit-learn. The code has been tested to work with scikit-learn version 0.19.1, and RLScore version 0.8.

Steps:

1. Extract "data_sets.zip" to same folder
2. Make sure Python 3.X, RLScore, Scikit-learn and Matplotlib are installed
3. Run "lpo_skcv_example.py"
