links (members) of a group don't load properly if creation order is not specified, but btree v2 gets used. An example file where this has happened can be downloaded from the link at https://github.com/anddigital-jh/Large-Fast-5-Test
The root group "/" has 4000 keys, but only one is reported because of the error.
