cfdw: erroneous redirect deletion when the redirect content creates a backlink to the category #89

If a redirect has content that links to a category (or its talk page), that redirect will be returned by the backlinks API.

The correct solution is to use the redirects API instead; however, that is not available in pywikibot.

26ae706 works around this issue until the redirects API is added to pywikibot.

The pywikibot patch was merged. Stalled until released.
