rrule in bower repo doesn't work #26

I was using bower to checkout this project and it didn't work. When I download rrule.js manually from github then it works. There's indeed some differences between the codes. Perhaps bower version is not updated?

it seems to be the case as well for nlp.js btw

The rrule-* packages on bower are unofficial and probably outdated. Since v2.0.1, however, RRule provides official support for bower, so bower install rrule should do the trick now.
