Murine_gastric_microbiome

Raw FASTQ files can be found through the NCBI BioSample database (accession number SAMN17086778). The manifest record required for importing raw FASTQ files into QIIME2 is provided (manifest_record.tsv). Scripts were run in the bash language using miniconda3 and QIIME2 v2019.10. The classifier used to assign taxonomy (gg-13-8-99-515-806-nb-classifier.qza) and the database used to contrust the phylogenetic tree (sepp-refs-gg-13-8.qza) are provided.
