Napari plugin to write zarr files
Prototype created at the napari hackathon on January 18th, 2022
Current state: Widget has some issues being displayed within napari, but can be called using the widget_test.py script. Saves layer as a zarr file, but not yet compatible with the ome-zarr reader in napari.
This napari plugin was generated with Cookiecutter using @napari's cookiecutter-napari-plugin template.
Currently needs to be installed manually:
git clone https://github.com/jluethi/napari-zarr-writer
cd napari-zarr-writer
pip install -e .
Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
