执行SQL工单时，可以点击按钮kill掉 --待认领
SQL工单定时执行，发起工单时可以指定推迟到某个时间点执行，不建议引入celery和MQ，建议用crontab，架构尽量简单 --待认领
SQL审核人通过后，用户可以选择由发起人执行还是审核人执行的 --待认领
mysql数据查询、下载和数据权限控制 --待设计，待认领。PS：这是一个大的工程，需要认真设计做的尽量符合大部分公司需求
