Two small things:

Fix the README, there was an extra configuration that was misleading
Add a description to the profiles attribute, so nixos-option networking.networkmanager.profiles doesn't crash

          Clarify usage in README

Make explicit that `configuration.nix` refers to nixos. Also, the
initial `config` seems to be bogus.
