I am new to reading datasheets and designing keyboards and the reason for the question was because I noted that your power supply was not decoupled as directed in the datasheet:

Hi there, apologies for my delay in getting back to you. This design has definitely been manufactured - I'm typing on one now :) The decoupling caps for the MCU are there, they are just not placed near to the pins in the schematic. If you go to the PCB view, you'll see that the decoupling caps are all placed near the MCU, where they need to be. I believe it's common practice to place the decoupling caps together somewhere on the schematic.
