This is a slight modification of the RBiips package.
The RBiips package provides an interface between R and Biips.
The mod makes it easier to install RBiiPS in R >= 3.0.0.
You can install it from Win binary or source.
The Win binary was built with boost 1.55.0
and Rtools version 3.0.0.1927
