Metaviz Manuscript Figure Scripts

This repository contains the scripts for the two Use Cases of the Metaviz manuscript.

1. Differential Abundance Analysis using the msd16s Bioconductor package

• From DifferentialAbundance directory, generated using all the .R files

2. Smoothing Spline analysis of the etec16s Bioconductor package

• From the TimeSeries directory, generated using etec16s.R and timeSeriesFits.RData
