This PR is huge, but if you look at the commits separately it's pretty much fine. The first one is a few config changes, and the second one is entirely tool automated formatting changes.
It's a little noisy because the default settings are to change single quotes to double quotes, but I'm OK with that change anyway. I prefer to use Prettier without any config.
