Third release of a graphical user interface (GUI) for GraVis, a network-based shape descriptor. The release includes executable files for all major operating systems (Linux, Windows, OSX).
Major fixes of this version:

  • step-wise saving of generated data
  • improved detection of skeleton crossings
  • added timeout error if sorting of contour coordinates fails
  • additional error messages in GraVis.log
  • additional graph properties in results table
  • additional output files
  • calculation of protrusion depth and width
  • enabled input of ROI files
  • fixed minor bugs for shape property calculation
  • fixed bug for sorting contour pixels
