Fails to run Jekyll 1.0.3 (conflicting versions of safe_yaml) on Mac OSX 10.8.3

Trying to run jekyll serve and getting errors about not being able to activate crack because of conflicting versions of dependency, safe_yaml. Jekyll requires ~>0.7.0 and crack ~>0.9.0.

safe_yaml was removed from the dependencies in v0.4.4, it shouldn't be an issue anymore. Feel free to reopen it if you think otherwise
