New User Confirmation e-mail title needs improvement

The e-mail send at account creation needs to indicate it comes from JOATU. Currently it looks a lot like spam. See below.

Agreed, the body needs work too. I'm not a writer, and those are just the defaults. @joatu you have any thoughts on what the email should say?
