Bump got and npm in /source/Jobbr.Dashboard.Frontend/jobbr-dashboard

Removes [got](https://github.com/sindresorhus/got). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [npm](https://github.com/npm/cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.
