Rewrite of the plugin to solve common issues

Complete rewrite of the plugin to solve some common issues.

• More robust control flow (resolves connection issues). (Cannot set temperature using Homebridge #2, Losing Toon connection #3)
• Requesting data now has the same behaviour as the Toon op Afstand app.
• The plugin now correctly notifies Homebridge of changes, instead of waiting for Homebridge to request an update.
• The plugin can no longer have a cooling state, this has been replaced by off and auto.

Hello Jochem,

Busy getting my first Linux experience to get toon working with Siri.
But now I am having trouble with the setup.
It is giving error on wrong credentials? What am I missing?
Username and password are correct

Can you please help me out?

Hey @astrapowerrr,

If the same credentials work at https://toonopafstand.eneco.nl/, there might be an issue with the plugin. I've seen this behaviour before in Issue #8, it may occur if someone moves to a different address. A solution is also proposed there. Please open a separate issue if this is not the problem, so we can try to find a solution.
