Protection landmark

Protection landmarks can be used to protect your routes. Protection landmarks are not a substitute for regular protection blocks. Protection landmarks only protect rail blocks, buffers, ballast blocks, speed signs, but also blocks of the autobahn mod.

Note: If no ballast blocks are used underneath the rail blocks, these blocks can be dug and thus, the rail blocks destroyed. So always use ballast blocks or use other protection mods to protect your tracks.

To protect your route a landmark has to be placed at least every 16 nodes/meters along the track.

By clicking on a landmark block, the protected area is displayed.

Players with "minecart" privileges can remove protected routes and thus work as railroad workers.
