Provide a utility method for testing & mocking OAuth headers e.g:

# Example of a typical pytest with Flask (including the new test util prototype method):

headers = jwt_routes.google.create_test_headers(email="user_one@gmail.com")
rv = client.get(f"/blogs", headers=headers)
