Quad Chart

Capability What will your idea do? Your idea in one clear sentence. The need which your idea addresses. The gains and/or benefits and/or outcomes.	Approach How will you do it? Key tasks to be performed. Any previous relevant works. Any related ongoing efforts.
Resources What resources do you need and for what? Budget: time, cost, people, materials, etc. Plan: phases, milestones, decision points, etc. Deliverables: metrics, outputs, results, etc.	Relations Who is involved? Individual team members. Collaborators: teams, organizations, advisors, etc. Stakeholders: customers, providers, vendors, etc.
