0.2.0a "The Better 0.2.0"

Identical to 0.2.0 except I've replaced the up-to-date exes in progfiles with old versions. The newer ones were causing some NCCH and CIA AES key errors when rebuilding CIAs. I'm sure I'm just using the new ones wrong, but I haven't figured it out yet and the old ones just work and are perfectly sufficient for dealing with GBA VCs, while being smaller in size.

I've also started putting the version in the zip filename so you can quickly tell what release you have.

Initial Release 0.2.0

First release! I'm calling this version 0.2.0 because I already posted a version without the screen filter editor on GBATemp.
Note that this is Windows-only right now but should work in Wine, and requires 64 bit since it uses makerom.

The release zip contains everything you need to use it: the main exe and the 3 external exes in progfiles. Refer to the included readme, also visible on the main project page, for instructions.
