Feels like this should work if "end of August" and "beginning of August" work correctly.

Other variations that don't work:
"Mid-August"
"middle of August"

Unrelated bonus: would be helpful for my corporate/enterprisey projects if Natty could parse stuff like "second quarter 2016".
