Clicking on any diameter will rebuild the entire axon with the parameters to reflect the new diameter. DO THIS BEFORE CHANGING ANY OTHER VARIABLES BECAUSE THEY MIGHT BE LOST AFTER THE DIAMETER CHANGE!
The various parameters that are easily accessible are the electrode parameters.
The amplitude is the base to peak amplitude of the waveform. The offset is a DC component added to the sine wave. The Pulse train onset is the delay before the electrode is turned on, and the duration is how long the electrode will stay on.
Using the 'Enter File Directory' a user can enter an entire directory path with '/' separators and end this creates the files and opens a path for saving the data. At this point all time steps of the simulation will be written to those files, so be careful not to run any extra trials once the files are opened. After you have ran the simulation you need, you MUST click 'Close Files' to finish the file and allow you to open them. Optionally, users can select which specific variables you would like to save and then 'Commit Selection' to create and open the files. Again, be sure to 'Close Files' when you are done.
