This repo is a good candidate for trying out go modules as it doesn't have a v1 yet. It is the way of the future so there's no good reason not to do it. Note current best practices on tool dependencies (for moq, protoc-gen-go, ginkgo): https://github.com/golang/go/wiki/Modules#how-can-i-track-tool-dependencies-for-a-module
