Manually track time to break

I wish there was a way to start breaks outside of the idle screen. I get the idea that "break" time should be spent away from the computer, but many of many leisure activities (reading articles, etc) are done on the computer and thus don't trigger the idle dialog.

This is also an issue if you don't have a task running.

Edit: I just noticed there is an option for "Only Idle time when current task".

Unfortunately, when that is not turned on, the idle dialog that comes up only allows assigning to a task. Maybe this is different from not tracking time?

I agree that it might be good to have another option to add break time. Maybe a dialog that opens via shortcut and from the tag/project context menus (that open via the three little dots), might be a good way to allow for this.

Hi, I totally agree with these suggestions.

I think an idea could be to add the Break option to this notification, the same way it appears after being idle.
