Simple example of sending a text message from Salesforce using Twilio

Instructions

Download zip file from right menu
Deploy using Workbench or Migration Tool
Assign Twilio permission set to yourself
Signup for a Twilio account (https://twilio.com)
Place your Account SID and Token in the SendTextMessageController.cls
Navigate to /apex/SendTextMsg and send your text message
