Update VRT350 for SW=0114 HW=7102

Add DesiredTempDay, Mode, DesiredTempLow, DesiredTemp

Some backwards compatibility to versions other than SW=0114 HW=7102 is
added, however because an OR expression does not appear to be available
backwards compatibility isn't a 100%.

After trying to get ebusd to work nicely with my VRT350 with SW=0114 HW=7102, I stumbled onto the suggestion here to replace 15.350.csv with 15.370.csv .

This works clearly very good, as it now also correctly reads the schedule from my VRT350!
