Loading Configuration files from cfg.ebusd.eu failed

I am relatively new and use the v3 adapter in RPI mode. Unfortunately ebusd can not retrieve the configuration files online:

Is this possibly due to the redirection to https://upd.ebusd.eu/ and or certificate issues?

For sure I can place the files locally but I would like to solve this.
I am able to ping the webpage without any issues and the pi has normal internet access.

Attached my config:

which ebusd version is it? there was a little fix wrt to HTTPS in the last releast
