More conservative defaults for mqtt-hassio.cfg as some messages might not like being polled

Fixes #1205. Not seeing any issues with this and the current csvs. Maybe in the future there needs to be filter-seen-include/exclude to fine-tune automatic polling.

I'm going to come up with something better than this, as this is probably be quite a disruptive change - turning off polling. I'm going to try a suitable default set of messages which can be safely polled with automatic polling and set filter-name to that.

Using a consistent naming convention, i.e. that used in john30/ebusd-configuration#407. This default combination of messages to poll doesn't cause any strange behaviour.

indeed this would be rather disruptive and as such it is declined.

the original problem #1205 is completely different and can be easily solved on the message definitions by using a different user level for isolating these monitoring messages that probably only rare users like to have automatically activated for poll by HA (despite the fact that these destabilize the system as it seems)
