Fix non-x86/gcc7 build error

This bugfix release addresses #142.

I'm not attaching prebuilt binaries beyond those already in https://github.com/johnkerl/miller/releases/tag/v5.2.0 since the binaries there are fine for their respective architectures.

This unblocks Miller on openSUSE.
