Switch from retired Yahoo Weather API to OpenWeatherMap (or another free API)

My channel tells me that the .w trigger no longer works. Checking the logs, I see there's an error accessing the API, so when I copied the API url into my browser, I'm seeing the following message:

@lailoken503 Thanks for the report. Really too bad, Yahoo Weather has been an excellent API for a long time.

I'll work on switching to OpenWeatherMap soon.
